Hilton Chicago/Magnificent Mile Suites - שיקגו

Since this was our first trip to Chicago, this hotel made it possible to leave the car in the garage and walk to most places. We were close to public transportation and right in the best part of town.

The room was very comfortable and liked the design of the suite.

The bathroom was not as comfortable as the rest of the suite.

The location. It's close to attractions and city center.

This was one of the worst stays of my life. Starting from the bell desk, all staff were rude, careless, and did not know how a 5-star hotel staff should interact with customers. When we asked for a late check-out (until 1 pm, which all 5-star hotels let you do without questions) and the reception clerk said "Nope, I cannot let you do that. You have to empty the room at 12" The bell boy threw our luggage into the room like a baggage handler at an airport. And these are only two examples of how rude they were in general. The staff looked like they didn't care about anything. I was very surprised to have this experience at a Hilton. I would strongly recommend against booking a room.

Location, comfort

I had booked a suite with lake view, but also asked for a smoking room if possible. It turns out there are no smoking rooms with lake view and the staff already decided to give me a smoking room without leaving me the choice to rather have a (non-smoking) room with lake view as booked and paid for (lake view is more expensive), which I would have preferred.

The fact that the bar and restaurant were under going work and were closed and we not informed before hand ,also air con was out for 2 days you were unable to stay in the room during the day

Staff very friendly, helpful and professional. Closeness to shops and Magnificent Mile, free internet

Location was great. Staff was very helpful. We loved the pool area and the wonderful view of Lake Michigan.

Restaurant was closed. Food was very pricey.Parking was $55.00.

Location, airconditioning, valet staff, space of rooms and cleaness.

Cost of the internet and parking. Customers need to be aware that the daily cost of the internet is not per room per day; it is per room, per computer or i-phone per day; you simply pay for each devise connected. This was not clear from their site, and it is simply over charging and misleading.

Location in marvelous! one bock from Michigan Ave and from the Lake shore!

Convenient location, very quiet and comfortable room and outdoor restaurant seating

We liked that we could purchase a continental breakfast every morning for a small fee for the entire family. We also had access to the HH room and were able to get snacks, water, and drinks throughout the day. Great for families! Staff couldn't have been nicer.

The hotel location is convenient for us to walk to places we want to go. The gym was moved temporary to the Wheaton room during construction. I liked that room better because the room is larger and all the excercise equipments are relocated to the same room. I didn't have to travel between rooms to use all the excercise equipments.

staff could be more helpful We had never been to Chicago and we dnt visit big cities so it was overwhelming to us and when we asked questions they didn't take the extra time to fully explain it or give exact directions. However everyone outside (valet) were Wonderful
